Hello

Welcome to HCM forum

Yes there can be pregnancy and this type of bleeding is called threatened abortion

You should do pregnancy test in urine

If positive then you should get an ultrasound done

Other causes can be hormonal disturbances , hypothyroidism , anaemia and stress

Get your haemoglobin check up done

For pain take antispasmodics under doctor's guidance and prescription

Take care
Best wishes
