Light Red Watery Discharge From Right Nostril. Should I Be Concerned ?

I have a drip of light red, more of a watery discharge , coming out of my right nostril only for the past 24 hours. It is not thick and flows more like water, but when I dab it with a tissue I notice the slight red or orange color. Should I be concerned. I have not had any significant trama or injuries recently. I was congested with mucous the past couple of weeks. Please advise - THANKS.
