Lightheaded, Migraine, Sensitive To Touch And Vomiting After A Bath. What Could Be The Cause?
After getting out the shower I began to feel very lightheaded and lightheadedness turned into a very terrible migrain on the right side. It was sensative to touch and a cold towel made it feel as if I had a brain freeze, which then turned into me vomiting. I thought it could be because I just came off of my menastration but it occurred again today. A nurse told me the water could be too hot but I haven't taken a shower yet for me to feel the way I do now. I still feel lighheaded and nausea and I also breastfeed.
Hi, I had gone through your query and understand your concerns. by looking at u r symptoms my first diagnosis is migraine .For time being u can take paracetamol 650 mg twice daily when ever you feel headache. its a safe drug in lactation(breastfeeding)...are you a working person ? if so do u have any stress or tension kindly Ovid stress and tension as far as possible yoga and pranayama will help you to reduce frequency of your headache. If by these things i think u will be OK if not kindly consult an ophthalmologist/physician for further intervention. Wishing you good health
