Lightheadedness, Neck Pain, Headache After Wisdom Tooth Removal. Cause?

I recently had an infected wisdom tooth removed, and thought that the pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear was caused by the infection. Tooth is gone, no more infection, but tinnitus is still there. I now have lightheaded symptoms, and pain in my neck, as well as a constant nagging headache . I also keep dropping everything and my balance is off. ENT says my hearing is normal, and can t see any problems. I go for an MRI on friday, but wonder what could be causing this?
