Lightheadedness While Walking Outside And Performing Outdoor Chores. Normal Thallium Stress Test And ECG. What Could Be The Reason?

Last year I had a thallium stress test and I did well. Last month I had an echocardiogram and again did well. I swim four times per week without difficulty, and exercise walk on a treadmill without any trouble. However, I often experience lightheadness when walking outside or when performing outdoor chores such as raking or cutting the grass.
