Lightheadness, Dizzy, Loud Hearing, Rainging In Ears, Feeling Of Pressure Builtup. Advice?

For the past 3 days i have felt a bit light headed, slightly dizzy, and sounds like peoples voices seem to be amplified or much louder with a slight ring to them at times. Also kinda feels like my ears want to pop like they would when changing elevation in a airplane. Also at time i will hear a constant ringing in my ears. Thanks in advance for any advice/information.

Thanks for contacting HCM
Lightheadness, dizzy, loud hearing, rainging in ears, feeling of pressure builtup these all symptom suggests otitis media . You may take fexofenadine 120 mg once a day for five days.
