Lipid Profile Done. Blood Pressure High. Chest Pains After Taking Tonac Tg And Telema-H Is Due To Side Effects?

Sir,
My age is 40. Recently on lipid test, blood cholestrol found as 180, triglyceride 319, Hdl -46 and Ldl -112. My Blood pressure was 160/100. Doctor prescribed me tonac tg and telema-H. But I am observing that I am getting little chest pain tha day I satarted taking this combohes. All the times the pain get releived with expell of gas. Is this the side effects or what.

Tonact tg is atorvastatin and fenofibrate for lowering your LDL cholestrol and triglycerides and telma H is telmisartan and hydrochorthiazide for lowering hypertension which has a protective effect on you heart and kidney against remodelling and damage.They dont have such side effects.As you are having chest pain you better should have an ECG.Mostly it could be due to gastric irritation.If it is that then Pantoperazole or omeprazole might help you to get rid of this.Hope this may help you.
