Hi,
I would like to know your age, do you have any other diseases like diabetes or heart diseases?
Does any one in your family have heart diseases?
From this test result alone i can only tell you that your HDL (good cholesterol) levels are slightly on the lower side. and Triglycerides have increased.
I suggest you get a fasting and two hour post lunch blood sugar test done. It will tell us if you have diabetes or not.
Reduce your intake of alcohol to once or twice a week and do not binge drink as it is definitely affecting you wrongly.
Also limit your sweet and butter intake as raised triglycerides indicate impaired glucose levels.
Check your blood pressure also regularly.
Take care

Hello,

Thank you for your question,

At this point you need is only diet modification.

Try to take less fat, red meat, fried items.

Take more fruits, vegetables, plant stenols.

Loose weight, 30 minutes walk 5 times a week.

Hopefully your levels will get better and will not progress.

I hope this helps.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Good luck.
