Lips Have A Tendency To Get Really Dried, Chapped, White Bump At The Meeting Point Of 2 Lips. How To Heal This ?
My lips have a tendency to get really dried, chapped skin on them when its cold, I get sick or random weather change. Recently my bottom lip was really chapped and I pulled/peeled off the skin as I usually do. The next day I woke up to a white bump on the right side of my lip near the meeting point of my upper lip. It hurts that side of the lip if I smile now, is this because I peeled off my dry skin? How can I help Kylie heal faster?
Hi, you are having chelitis . There are many causes . .. Anaemia, nutritional deficiencies, sun exposure, dry weather, cosmetics, any internal disease with deprived immunity..etc Angle of mouth are more involved, so angular chelitis may be there with candidal infection. Avoid sun exposure,no soap, avoid contact with cosmetics, dental cream. Do not prick the lip. Do not apply your tongue on your lips. Avoid saliva contact. Take B comlex tablet, iron if needed. Take antifungal tablet. Apply moisturizing cream twice a day. Apply anti fungal cream at angle of mouth. You should go for blood investigation to rule out internal disease.. DM, anaemia or other. All you should do under supervison of dermatologist.. Ok
