General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome
You need to get treatment as soon as possible and even get admitted in the hospital depending upon the condition of the patient. We have to find out the cause for all the abnormality found in your report and need little more blood investigations to get to a diagnosis. A CT or MRI abdomen may be needed.
Consult your doctor immediately and starts your treatment.
Best Wishes and get well soon
