Liver, Spleen And Uterus Is Moderately Enlarged, Gas And Fluid Seen In Stomach. Concerned
1. Liver is moderately enlarged and mildly hypo echoic. 2. Spleen is moderately enlarged and homogenous in echotexture. 3.Bowel loops seems to be slightly more distended. 4.Mild inflammation of bowel loops. 5.Gas and fluid are seen in stomach . 6.. Uterus is mildly bulky and enlarged.Small amount of fluid is seen in pouch of dagulas. MILD P.I.D.
