Pulmonologist 's  Response
hi welcome to HCM
as you are saying having cough for the past 2 months with phlegm it comes under category of chronic cough
reasons of chronic cough could be from normal GERD(gastric reflux disease),asthma,TB,eosinophilic bronchitis etc
as you r saying cough in evenings is severe it could most likely be asthma or bronchitis as it is with lot of phlegm
so i would like to suggest you to get apulmonologist opinion at your place as you might be feeding your baby
with warm regards
Dr NSK
