Hi Edward, Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM. So, you want to use Skinlite cream. The important hing to notice is it contains Hydroquinone + Tretinoin + Mometasone. Now Hydroquinone is safe to use but other two contents Tretinoin and Mometasone are potential agents to cause side effects if not used under proper guidance by dermatologist. Tretinoin can cause irritation and Mometasone can cause hair growth and dependence in long term use. As this cream is not an over the counter medicine and is to be used in strict medical guidance so I would not recommend you to use it. We do use this cream with success but then it is used in different proportions and then tapered off by certain different creams so that the side effect should not appear. I would recommend you to meet a dermatologist and have long term follow up to get best medicines as well results. Hope this information may help you.
