Loss Of Feeling In Left Heel, Extreme Fatigue, Pain In Right Knee, Loss Of Breathe. What Does It Indicate?

Please help me decipher my symptoms Loss of feeling in left heel Extreme fatigue to the point that I have to be in bed mid day every day Pinching and pain in right knee Fatigue in both legs, was more severe in left but as of last week right leg is worse Loss of ability to breathe last week

hi, i think you should get your blood sugar levels,vitamin D levels,complete blood cell counts and ECG.Is there any feeling of any numbness in both hands and feet and our you a vegetarian.
