Lost A Leg. Prosthesis That Has Soreness. Can We Find A Better One?

I am trying to locate a specialist in prosthesis; my daughter's friend lost a leg in an auto accident, currently has a prosthesis that is worn/rubbing soreness, etc. My daughter saw a physician/specialist on either 60 Minutes or 20/20 show that she understood him to say he is located in Loudon County, VA. Can you give me the appropriate title (e.g., orthopedic surgeon?) so that I can research and try to find him? Thank you,

Hi, it may not be possible to have a comfertable to have a correct prosthesis, with out tryng it and modifying it for some time. There are people who can have centres for prosthesis around the world.
You can have a search in google with the description what you want exactly, and follow accordingly. Thank you.
