Lost Both Fallopian Tubes After Ectopic Pregnancy. Can I Conceive Again?
Hello! I am a 28 year old female married and I lost both fallopian tubes after I had two ectopic pregnancys. The last one I was 3 months pregnant my hormone levels were 30, 000... I was bleeding internally for 12 hours before i realized it was something this serious. I wasn't married at the time of this. I was engaged prior when I was 22 in 2008. I had emergency surgery where they had takin my last tube. They said that the baby had attached in the tube and on the outside of the ovary. They saved both ovaries. I'm married now 3 years, and we want a child more than ever but can't afford it. I am also experiencing pregnancy like symptoms. My breast have been really sore on and off for the past two months. I also, have pressure on my blatter. I just now noticed when I push on my left side the pressure is more intense feeling. Is it possible I may be pregnant or is it something else? Have you ever heard of any women getting pregnant successful? What should I do about this? Please help me understand what this may be??

Hi, I read your query and I understand your concerns. Following is my reply: 1) If you have lost both tubes you cannot conceive naturally. 2) IVF ( test tube ) treatment is only way to get pregnant Let me know if you have anymore questions. Regards, Dr. Mahesh Koregol
