Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
The first sexual intercourse is usually associated with hymen rupture in females and hence the bleed. There was no pregnancy so her periods came on time and lasted for 7 days. Subsequently, you report of having sex on a second occasion and this time bleeding is continuous.
It is important to get your girlfriend examined by a doctor for possible tear of vaginal wall or injury to cervix due to rough sex. If this is not done, she may continue to bleed and the injury might also get neglected. A visit to her gynecologist is essential. Please tell her not to get scared about it.

Hope this helps.
