Hello

Welcome

Irregular periods are called DUB or dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
Causes are usually hormonal imbalances

You should get your ultrasound done to see the endometrial thickening , any cyst in ovaries or PCOD etc

Thyroid profile should be done

Get your heamoglobin done

Best wishes
