Hello
Low blood pressure at this stage of pregnancy is common. However, if you are shaky, light-headed, with a pulse of 120 per minute, I would think that your doctor must have checked for anaemia(low hemoglobin) and given you iron tablets, if need be.
As your blood pressure is not high, protein in urine may be because of a urine infection. I am sure your doctor must have checked for that as well.
There does not seem to be a major problem, but if you feel unwell, go to your doctor, who can check you out thoroughly, to make sure all is well.
Best wishes.
