Low Grade Fever Followed By Hives On Body, Back, Face, Neck. On Tylenol. Concerning?

My son started to have a low grade fever 3 days ago. The next morning he woke up with hives allover his body, mainly on his back. He continued with a fever on and off because I gave him Tylenol and then last night...all of a sudden, the fever kicked up and the hives as well. They were on his face, neck and back. Not sure how serious to take this.

Welcome to HealthCare Magic.
Hope you are doing good. Hives lasting less than six weeks. The most common causes are certain foods, medications, or infections. Insect bites and internal disease may also be responsible.

The most common foods that cause hives are nuts, chocolate, fish, tomatoes, eggs, fresh berries, and milk. Fresh foods cause hives more often than cooked foods. Certain food additives and preservatives may also be to blame.
You should Consult a doctor if your kid has these symptoms
Dizziness
Wheezing
Difficulty breathing
