Hi.. Thanks for the query.. I cannot see the exact no. of platelets in your query. But if they are decreasing it s matter of concern. It could be a simple viral fever after which the platelet count is dropping and for that supportive therapy is enough. But because the sgpt levels are also slightly raised, a thorough evaluation is needed to see if there are any other complications and to know the cause of infection.. Treatment can be done when once the proper diagnosis is made.. Supportive therapy in the form of fluids should continue in the mean time... Hope this information helps.. Take care...
