Low Hemoglobin, Weight Loss, Fatigue, Fever. No Sign Of Cancer In Test. Worried?

My husband is 45, low hemoglobin 11 for the past 2 weeks, lost 8lbs in a week, fatigue , low grade fever(100.4) at night, has had an endoscopy and colonoscopy---no sign of polyps or cancer, but there is no diagnosis yet for him. I m worried about bone marrow cancer and very frightened for him.

Hi, get him evaluated for tuberculosis also to rule out the same. History of fever during evenings and rapid weight loss is there
