Low Platelet In Blood

my doctor said my platelet count was 3.6 bt should be 3.7 and i have to have another blood test in a month is there anything to worry about

Hi..  The normal platelet count is between 1.5 lakhs to 4 lakhs platelets per microlitre.. If you meant your count is 3.6 lakhs then it is in the normal limits. Based on the data you have given, I can only comment this.. Discuss with your doctor to know why is a repeat test been advised...
