Lower Abdominal Cramping, Breast Pain, Upper Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Tiredness And Headaches, Sensitive To Smells. Any Advice?

Hi doctor. I am a 23 year old female. I am currently on yaz. My last period was 2 weeks ago. It was very light, lasted only 2 days as opposed to the usual 4 days. Last week I started having lower abdominal cramping, breast pain, upper abdominal pain, nausea, tiredness and headaches every second day. I also am sensitive to strong smells.Please could you advise what could be the cause.

Part of your symptoms could be related to migraine. So, consulting a doctor regarding this would be helpful. In addition to medicines for symptomatic relief, you may require headache-preventive medications also.
