Lower Abdominal Cramping, Pain In Lower Back And Buttocks, Not On Periods Due, No Relief With Advil, Pregnancy Ruled Out. What Could It Be?
Hi there, for the past three days I m having a lot of lower abdominal cramping/pain/ bloating and in my lower back and buttocks as well. Sort of feels like period cramps or a pulled muscles but period is not due for almost two weeks. I ve been taking Advil but it is not doing much to relieve the pain. I ve been more tired than usual as well but pretty sure it s not pregnancy since my husband has had a vasectomy .

i presume their could be virginal infection or severe UTI. check some pathology reports then can be further treated.
