I feel crampy in my lower abdomen . Like lower then my stomach . My knees hurt, and the small of my back is hurting off and on. Tired during the day, and almost always hungry. The last week I ve had a headache 3 different times. My period isn t due till the 19th or 20th of this month. My LMP was 8/24 to 8/27. I was unprotected with my boyfriend through out my period, and 4 days after that. Any ideas?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to your history, the possibility of pregnancy is less as usually ovum won't release in the first week of the menstrual cycle.
The symptoms you are having could be related to general weakness or gastrointestinal system.
Better to go for blood investigations like hemoglobin, blood sugar, thyroid profile etc to find out the cause for the problem.
If you do not get periods by that expected date, go for pregnancy test once.
Take care.
