General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi angel.

I recommend you to go to doctor as soon as you can. Symptoms you re describing are very serious and can be caused by pelvic infection or chronic bleeding. pelvic ultrasound should be done to exclude some serious diagnosis such as ovary torsion, endometriosis or extrauterine pregnany. Also such pain is in most cases caused by benign folicular cyst rupture but I said this needs to be evaluated definitely.

Wish you good health.
