Lower Back Pain. Intestine Blocked? Treatment?

Hi im 29 years old i weight about 145 and im 5 3 and i have been having lower back pains for almost a year and a half. i have had xrays, ct scan and mri done. they say that nothing seem to be wrong but i just had another Ct scan about a month ago and they found that i a blocked in my intestine and that there a mild thinking in the bladder . what is the treatment for this and what do i need to be worried about?

1. If blockade is 1 month Old, are there any signs of bloating, constipation, vomiting??.
2. Intestinal blockage and mild kinking of bladder warrants urgent consultation with Urologist for further management and prognosis.
3. Bowel obstructions are treated in the hospital. so seek immediate medical attention. [if it is partial medical treatment is helpful, but id complete surgery is best advised]
