Lower Back Pain, Abdominal Pain, Spotting, Lymph Node Pain, Brown Discharge. Taken Birth Control. Negative Preganancy Test
Hi I am a 28 year old female with severe lower back pain, abdominal pain, spotting, severe lymph node pain on the left side and brown discharge. I have been taking birth control for about 6 weeks now, about 4 weeks of taking the birth control I had severe breast pain, nausea, and extreme mood swings. I took 2 pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy, my tubes are tied, but this has been going on for 3 weeks now. What could my issue be?
Based on the information provided, the cause is most likely to be a hormonal imbalance caused by the birth control, we could confirm the same with the help of a blood investigation to check on the hormone levels.
Other causes could be infection, or even pregnancy or miscarriage, to be checked at the advised time of at least 2 weeks after the suspected date of conception or on or after the first day of a missed period.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
