Lower Back Pain Around Hips And Legs. Have Charlie Horse Feeling. Explain Condition?
I have had bad pain in my lower back , it travels down to both hips and down my left leg to my knee , when I stand up it feels as if my bad gives out and I come close to falling , the pain in my left leg hurts in the area behind my thigh , my calf has a constent charlie horse feeling , I have no strength in left leg at all , and this morning it was hurting to urinate

Hi, welcome to HCM.
I think you are suffering from slipped intervertebral disc which causing such a bad pain and loss of power in one of the leg.
Consult your orthopaedician urgently.
Also do MRI , as it will rule out the possible other causes. Till then dont lift any heavy object, start some pain killer also.
