Lower Back Pain, Frequent Urination, Breast Pain And Heaviness, Stiff Belly After Having Sex

ok doc...so i have been troubling with lower back pain for atleast a week now.i also have been urinating frequently and my breast were hurting and feeling heavy i also had a stiff feeling on my belly for the past week also and yesterday i thought my period had come so i started seeing blood but it did not come as my regular period and not as bright and today it is looking more pink than red and my belly is hurting alot especially at the bottom....my boyfriend and i had sex a week ago which he breaked in me and 2 days after i started to have these feelings...please help me ..am scared and i dont know what it is.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

You have all the typical symptoms of an infection and so I would recommend the following investigations:
-Urine culture and sensitivity
-Urine routine examination
-Vaginal swab culture test

These investigations should help confirm the diagnosis and accordingly also assist in direxting treatment.
