Your history suggests that you are having back pain, feeling tired, feeling nauseated, and feel like vomiting. These symptoms are more suggestive of gastrointestinal tract problem rather than pregnancy. Indigestion is common cause of abdominal pain and nauseating features. Onset of menstruation rules out pregnancy all together. Some investigations need to be done to know the cause of symptoms mentioned above. An ultrasound of the abdomen is required to look for any organomegaly. An upper GI endoscopy may also be required.
Pregnancy after tying of fallopian tubes is known to occur. This occurs due to recanalization. Resection of tubes is abetter way of control pregnancy.
