Lower Mid Section Dropping Towards Penis, Enlarged Prostrate, Frequent Urination, Pain Below Stomach Area

Recently, I have experienced what seems to be my lower mid section dropping toward my penis area. I know that I have an enlarged prostrate and am urinating more than I ever have. I am also experiencing slight pain which seems to be below my lower right stomach area. I am 59 years old & have been to a doctor probably 10 times during my adult life.

1 In my opinion enlargement of the prostate is the main cause of frequent urination, dropping, mild pain right lower abdomen . As you mentioned in the query that prostate is enlarged .
In my opinion get in ultrasound of prostate and prostate specific antigen ( PSA) .
2 Pain in the lower right abdomen may be due to intestinal colic , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of lower abdomen .
3 Urinary tract infection may be the next reason , so get in urine complete examination .
In my opinion first of all get in ultrasound of prostate with P S A , and consult surgeon.Good luck. Dr. HET
