General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be a vascular surgeon, or an orthopedic surgeon, to deal the case. Hemangioma means the effect of blood vessels, secondary to the obstriction, or some other cause.
i advise you to consult a vascular surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
