Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
The lump as described by you was external and not within the breasts, which could mean that this was most probably a superficial condition (eg.
folliculitis,
cyst, etc.); and should not be of much concern.
But, this could get re-infected, especially as you have squeezed and irritated it. Please keep the area clean and dry, apply a sterile pad if available, and report to a doctor who depending on its appearance might just apply a sterile dressing with a
topical antibiotic or decide to give you a prophylactic course of antibiotics.
In the meantime, please do not irritate the region, keep it clean and apply a sterile pad which should be easily available at all medical stores.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-shoaib-khan/64581 . I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
