Lump Between Testicles, Swelling In Buttocks. MRI Normal

my husband has a lump between his testicials and anus does not hurt just swollen towards his right butt check. HE Had an MRI done and showed nothing. We saw a Urologist should we see another DR. They pretty much had no idea what it could be, they said it could be a gland. That was a bout a month ago and it's still there and it bothers him sitting due to the swelling.

Hi,
It seems that he might be having ingrown hair follicle infection in the past and abscess might have formed and now pus might be encapsulated giving rise to hard, painless bump.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
If size is increased in future, get it removed.
Ok and take care.
