Lump In Armpit. Its Painless But Uncomfortable And Produces Odor. Medical Cure For This?

I have a small red lump in my armpit. Its not really painful but its definitely uncomfortable. I do not see a head on the lump and it is producing a strong odor. Even after I am done washing it the smell still lingers. Not like In the other armpit. I first noticed the lump about a month ago. Could please shed some light on what this might be. Thank you very much for your time.

Welcome to HCM.
Most likely it seems to be hair root infection and gradually spreading to other hair root.
Take proper local care,clean it with antiseptic liquid or antiseptic soap.
Start proper antibiotic like amoxy/cloxa or amoxy/clavulinic and nsaid under guidance of your family physician.
