Hi! Welcome to HCM! No,your symptoms are NOT related to heart disease. Since your doctor has examined you and found no lumps in your neck and you complain of a heavy pulse in neck I think symptoms are related to tension headache. they are most common type of headaches are likely caused by tight muscles in your shoulders, neck, scalp, and jaw.may be related to stress, depression, anxiety or holding your head and neck in an abnormal position. It may feel dull or squeezing or pulsatile. you can rest in a quiet, dark room Place a cool cloth on your head Use any relaxation techniques you have learned hope this will help you!
