Lump In Right Thigh, Above Knee. Pains A Lot. Used Mebandazole Tablets. Treatment?

i have a lump in my right thigh and below dat there is another swelling i.e above knee,and it pains alot even if i walk for 15 mins or so....may i knw wat is dat actually
i have consulted many doctors,some are like its lipoma,n sum wer telling dat its cysticercosis infection,i have used mebandazole tablets for 15 days or so,but did not find any effect,so plz tell me your suggestion...

welcome to health care magic..
regarding your compliant i will tell you one thing that lipoma is a soft,freely mobile,painless tumor of fat cells that may arise from any where in the body...
but rarely it may cause discomfort and cause pain..
secondly cysticercosis is a disese caused by Teania solium who were eating infected pigs or may sometimes through the ingestion of your daily food which was infected..
To rule out what it is,,you should consult pathologist and based on FNAC(fine needle aspiration cytology)or histopathology he will tell you the exact diagnosis..and consult general surgeon..
take medications or surgery what ever surgeon will tell...
