Lump Near Nose, Painless, Semi-immobile. What Could It Be?

I have a small pea size lump near my left on my nose , it s painless and semi immobile, I thought it was acne but it isn t red, so I figured it was a cyst from my skin disease, but like cyst before the surfaced and released puss. This small bump just has been sitting there for as long as I can remeber, do you have any idea what it could be?

Dear concerned.,
Thanks for writing to us.
The swelling you are referring to in all probability seems to be a blocked Sebaceous cyst with tensely filled secretions inside. If it gets infected and inflamed then it becomes red and tender to touch.
Presently only expressing the contents of the swelling leads to recurrence.
Please consult a locally available qualified Surgeon who will remove the Capsule of the swelling in addition so that it will not recur. It is called Enucleation.
Kindly go ahead with all preliminary routine Blood and Urinalysis and a pre-op BP check up and a fitness for Surgery.
Wishing you the Very Best.,
Regards.,
Dr Lt Cdr ASN Bhushan.
