Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
a lump noticed on inner side of thigh.
This could be a simple boil or a sebaceous cyst. However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified surgeon or Urologist.

The further treatment will bed decided by him on clinical assessment .If needed it may have to be incised and drained (If it is a Boil or get excised if it is a sebaceous cyst).
