Lump On Left Side Of Groin . Is There Any Way Of Treating Inguinal Hernia Without Surgery?

I am identifying a lump in my left side of groin area which is and coming out in standing or sitting position and could be pushed back and normal in sleeping position

I searched and found it could be inguinal hernia and is there any way of treating it without surgery

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having reducible direct inguinal hernia.
If it is starting of hernia surgery can be avoided.
Do abdominal recti muscle exercise daily and regularly, this will strengthen your abdominal muscles causing hernia subsided.
Avoid constipation and having cough reflex.
