Lump On Lower Buttocks. Pointy Top Comes Out When Squeezed. What Could This Be?

Hey Dr. I have this lump on my lower buttocks , I ve had it for a while now seems to get bigger and smaller from time to time. I know I probably shouldn t squeeze it but when I do it feels like a pimples about to pop which doesn t no matter how hard I squeeze, and you feel like a pointy top come out ! Any suggestions to what this could be ? Thank you

I think You have sebaceus cyst, do not squeez or rupture . You go to either dermatologist or surgeon. He will excise under local anaesthesia , It is a minor surgery.
