Lump On Neck, Headache. Is It Related To Lymph Nodes Or Muscular Issue?

I have a hard, lump on the back of my neck that seems to be attached to my spine. It is about 3/4 of the way up my neck from my shoulder and doesn t move. I ve been experiencing severe headaches and I think they are related as the headaches seem to be mildly relieved when I massage the area. Is there a possibility that this could be a problem with my lymph nodes or would you think it is a muscular issue?

most probably it is not linked to lymph node. most likely its neuromuscular problem. consult nearby neurologist and get check up done...
