Lump On The Scrotum With Pus Formation. Getting Worse. Why?

I found a lump on my scrotum about a week ago which when squeezed secreted a yellowish liquid, this continued for several days with me draining it each day.

I then decided to leave it be for a few days to see what happened and now It wont secrete anything but the lump remains, it is now sore which could be due to my repeated squeezing but I'm now worried it will only get progressively worse over time.

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thank you for your query.
It sounds like bacterial infection, usually foliculitis in this area. This is nothing serious but It will grow till there is bacterial contamination. YOu shouldnt maniulate this because it will make it worse. YOu need antibiotic treatment so consult your GP about it. It can also be sign of STD so you should do swab test to isolate exact microbe.Wish you good health.
