Lump Under Armpit, Doubled In Size. What To Do?

hi, I am a 19 year old male, fit and healthy for the last week i have had a lump under my armpit, raised above the surface, it has doubled in size over the last week probably as a result from me squeezing it initially thinking it was a pimple , should i have it looked at it is about a cm in length and raised about half a cm

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem.
It does not look like pimple.
It is bacterial infection or cyst over armpit.
It is very common site to have such lesion.
You need to apply good antibiotic cream over the lesion.
In severe case oral antibiotic also needed.
Please do not popped or press the lesion.
Wear loose and cotton cloths.
Avoid using deordant or other chemical agents.
It is better to consult dermatologist for proper treatment plan.
