Lump Under Ear And Ear Lobes, Having Chest And Back Pain, Difficulty In Breathing. What Could Be The Reason?

hello sir (or ma am) I just recently found a lump a little bit under my left ear, then another one grew under the earlobes and I am also having chest and back pains on the left side of my chest ( heart area). I am having difficulty in breathing and I smoke so I was wondering whether these are one of the symptoms for something that is really serious.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, You being smoker and there is a lump in the upper part of neck, it need to be evaluated if the lump is firm to hard and is non tender. The chest and back pain does not seem to be related to this and can be because of some lung problem related to smoking. Please get yourself examined by an ENT and if need be, an FNAC of the swelling and a chest xray may be required. Meanwhile please stop smoking and this will help the things. The cause of lump can be an infection the throat region. The more serious possibility of a malignancy seems less likely from your description of symptoms as you have not stated any problem in your oral cavity. Regards
