ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
You have a itchy head , so that can be the source of infection because of which you are developing lymph nodes on both sides of neck.
You must see a dermatologist so that your skin disease of head is examined and treated.
It will lead to decrease in the size of lymph nodes.
The lymph nodes get enlarged because of the infected drainage from surrounding tissue so the infection focus in your case could be head, so first treat it. if the swellings does not settle after that then you may require a ENT consultation or Fine needle aspiration cytology from the swelling to know the tissue diagnosis, it is important as what i can get you have posterior triangle nodes enlarged.
Get well soon.
