Lumps In Throat, Painful, Tired, Headaches, Dizzy

Hello!
I have had these lumps in my throat for a month and have just gotten a couple new ones but these ones are painful. They have gotten bigger and smaller throughout the month, at least what I can tell. I am always extremely tired and I have had the worst headaches and am dizzy. Please help! I am in college and I sleep a good eight hours probably every night.
