I woke with a hard, tender, cord-like vein(?) in my left axilla 2 weeks ago. I do not recall any specific injury, but was drinking and dancing the night before. I can feel very small lumps in this vein or tendon. It is worse when I raise my arm over my head and you can see the cord then also. When I raise my arm it causes a tight, burning sensation. Pulses, sensation, color, and movement to the lower arm and hand are all within normal limits. I am an otherwise healthy 35yo female with no comorbidities. This is causing extreme anxiety, any ideas? Thanks.
