Hi! Im 18yrs m . i have a problem where my foreskin at the top of the head is bulged out at one side,and also i hav lumps on the foreskin where its itching and paining regularly and i also hav a white color pus like thing on the penis head where its completely painless...

i will be glad and thankful if u come with solutions .

This could be a infection due to bacteria, and needs proper treatment the best drug for this would be "Ofloxacine" 600 mg twice a day for 5 days will give good result, and if does not cure with this then it needs to be examined, take care have nice day.
